Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide, with every order carefully packed and dispatched from Australia. With Australia Post.
Is shipping included in my purchase?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
All parcels are fully trackable for peace of mind.
When will my order arrive?
Delivery times vary depending on your destination:

Australia: 3–7 business days

International: 7–21 business days
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your parcel is collected.
What is your exchange or returns policy?
Each shell, stone, and piece of sea glass is one of a kind and finished by hand, so we kindly ask you to choose carefully.
We do not accept returns for change of mind.
If your jewelry arrives damaged or incorrect, please email gypsea@gypseaco.com with photos within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll get in contact with you.
I entered the wrong shipping address — help!

If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we can update the details. Once shipped, we’re unable to reroute parcels or replace items lost due to an incorrect address.
What if my order gets lost or arrives damaged?
All orders are fully trackable and insured up to their purchase value.
If anything goes wrong during transit, reach out and we’ll work closely with the courier to resolve it and keep you updated.
